Jordan VanMelkebeke is a social work intern at MPE this fall. She is currently in the second year of her Master’s of School Social Work program at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She received her Bachelor's degree at Illinois State University in social work. At Illinois State, she was on the Redline Express dance team and was exposed to many opportunities which lead her to social work. She had the opportunity to intern at a day treatment school facility working with students of all ages. She is excited to get to know the Mahomet-Seymour community and the families within it! She enjoys being involved with the school in many different aspects and can’t wait to be apart of the bulldog family. She is looking forward to this unique school year and all of the opportunities that come with it!
